Exhaust and Controls Integration for Cabinet Manufacturing

One of our customers is a cabinet manufacturer who was facing some challenges with their existing paint booth equipment. The paint booth was very loud, and there were pressure issues within the booth making it difficult to open the booth door. Their current booth was working well for them, so they wanted to make improvements to the existing equipment but needed a solution.

Our team determined that the exhaust was too high inside of the booth, causing the pressure issue that made it difficult to open the door. We recommended a new exhaust system with QEI that reduced the sound and pressure significantly. We were able to integrate the new fan into their existing exhaust stack, saving time and money in the process. Their team remarked that they can barely hear when the unit is running now and they have no issues with the door. 

Our customer was also using an outdated control panel that needed to be replaced to provide better management of the paint booth cycles. Our team added new controls to their existing booth and now they have easy accessibility to multiple cycle times and schedules.
