Automated Powder Coating System

This automated powder coating system was built for one of our customers to finish panelized assemblies in a large facility.

Rohner designed and built an automated system with a 3-stage washer, drying oven, dual-process powder booth with a Wagner powder coat reciprocator, curing oven, cool down funnel, power and free conveyor system, reverse osmosis water generation, and waste treatment system.

This automated powder coating system is being used to finish panelized assemblies, processing one load bar every 4 minutes, running 12 hours per day, 7 days a week.

Preconfigured control packages reduce install cost and are simple to use on all our Open Paint Booths. Optional controls upgrades can be added to extend filter life and reduce energy consumption. AMCA certified fans with EPACT compliant TEFC motors are standard. Fans have remote bearing lubrication, aluminum spark resistant blades and heavy duty powder coated housings. Rohner Paint Spray Booths are designed to meet or exceed NFPA33 and IFC Chapter 24 requirements. Consult your local authority having jurisdiction for additional requirements before purchasing.
