Oversized Booth for Multiple Finishing Processes

One of our clients manages multiple finishing processes for multiple clients in the manufacturing industry. Their finishing processes include electroplating, physical vapor deposition (PVD), and Cerakote coatings. Their current finishing booth did not have the capacity to manage different finishes and was not large enough to accommodate robotics in the process.

In order to provide their manufacturing clients a variety of finishing options, they were looking for an oversized spray booth with extra capacity for air dry products like varnishes and polyurethanes, as well as other liquid coatings. They also needed an option to use robotics in their finishing processes.

With the wide variety of coatings this client needed to manage in their process, our engineering team got to work designing a booth to match all of their specific requirements. The booth was designed for use with robotics, as well as dual doors so product can flow in and out. The booth also has additional interior space built for ambient dry liquid products. Our client can now manage multiple finishing processes including Cerakote coatings, air dry and other liquid coatings.
